DCRA is focused on progress. Late in 2024 new leadership began to forge initiatives to reconnect with our community and the revitalization of our people, our best and most important resource. Engaging with talent, skills, and the ability to move forward with a passion and desire to reviatalize our community. DCRA is providing the foundation and infrastucture to ignite the movement.
